Hola chicos,

I am from India and in Oregon. I has been good to be back and train and hang out with family and friends... I wanted to encourage everyone to keep on training hard and to really push yourselves.. We have enough reasons why we should try and maximize all our potentials for the team.... I really have been praying for everyone on the team and am really pumped to get back with you guys and continue what we have started and always take what last years seniors did and take it to a higher level.. I am really excited to meet and get to know all you new guys...... you guys are in for a real treat..... we have it really good...anyways..... i miss and love you all...... freakin train hard... and get your mind and heart ready to battle everyday and to grow closer as brothers and as a team everyday........ boys third time is the charm...... i truely believe it........ o and get in the word and meditate on it.....

Wednesday - Soccer @ 6.30pm

As usual everyone is more than welcome to come out to the field and kick the ball around. Two weeks ago about 15 guys were out there. That was awesome. So if you don't live to far away come by.

Also around 8.30pm a few guys (incl. Eric, Zach, Sara, and I) will do the Wednesday work out...everyone is also more than welcome to join this group ;)

Not in Kansas anymore!!

Fire up the Chevy because I am returning back to my second home. My name is Beau Hayden and I am from the wonderful state of Kansas. I am a junior here at APU and I am ready to return back to SoCal. I left last semester to return home and murder myself with school. Do not ever do that. I am ready to return to the pitch and kick some tail this year. Lets just finish it this year.

Hey guys, i'm Alex Earl, and I'll be a freshmen this year at APU. I am really excited to attend and play at apu, and i can't wait to play with you guys this year. I came to the recruiting weekend in February, and I decided I wanted to go right after that because I had so much fun there and the guys on the team were pretty cool. I might be out near APU a few days before the Aug. 5th report date is, so if you guys are still playing at azusa let me know and I'll meet up with you guys. Other than that, hope you all have a good rest of summer and take care guys.

Anyway, I thought you and Rho would come back in August bc coach was saying that he does not want to do the seniors trip on August 2-3 bc not all the seniors will be here (meaning you and Rho)...Oh well, I'll tell him and talk to him about it!

You wanna here something funny:
Three weeks ago I rolled my ankle pretty bad and on Monday I had another Dr. appointment to follow up. We also started a kids camp at APU this monday. So at 8.40am I told Dave that I gotta go but I'll be back in about just 20 min bc everything is almost fine again so it won't take long...at 10am he sends me a text message asking where I'm at and at 10.40 or so I show up with a cast on my wrist and an appointment for an MRI bc of my knee...crazy, huh!!! That day really sucked!!!

I always forget about how me and Mike saw you at the pool. If anyone has any questions about what to do in LA. Sven can either tell you or he has a great Travelers book that will tell you all about it. You should ask him for it.

As far as getting back. Cheek is already back but he is up in Oregon. He will be back when everyone else gets there. Me and Rho will be back on the 26th. I plan on coming up to Azusa either on the 27th or 28th. So we better get together and hang out. But I will let you know when I am back. Tell then, go make some bruschetta.

Well, Sven this is a great idea. I remember two years ago when you sent out your first email to everyone and all you wanted was a ride from Vegas and for someone to bring you girls. Oh the memories we create. To all of the new guys, my name is Kolt Callaway. I, as you already know from Rhomans blog, am in India! What a place. At any rate, just wanted to write my two cents. First and foremost, welcome all new comers. I cant believe that this is my last year and it was three years ago I was in your position. However, one thing that I hope happens this year for all is that this team becomes something that is highly influential and important in your life. I know that it has been for me one of the best things, if not the best thing, about college.

As far as working out, keep up the good work and if you ha vent started, get on it. Rho and I are doing all we can over here. I have been quite ill the last week and it has been humours watching Rho lift things like suitcases and myself, in order to get the work outs in. Yes, we are squatting each other. That's quite the image isn't it. But you got to do what you got to do. Well, we will be back in a few weeks. Cant wait to see all my old brothers and now new brothers. Peace out everybody.

Eric, you forgot to tell everyone about our cross bar competition :) ...I don't like to admit this but he kicked my butt yesterday! Anyway, as some of you know, I rolled my ankle two weeks ago playing PDL, so yesterday was the first day I jogged again. Anyway, today I'll get my revenche! I hope Zach comes out, too. 5pm today! Whoever is around just come to the field!!!

I'm glad Mr. Sven Simon set this blog up so everyone to communicate once again. To all the new guys my name is Eric Winblad I'm going to be a sophomore, welcome to the team. If most of you don't know i was in the hospital for a week with a viral infection that was eating away enzymes in my muscles. Thanks to the prayers and thought of family and friends i am now in a better condition. I got back from a family reunion trip to Hawaii earlier this week, which was amazing. After taking a long break from soccer is now time to "do work". To some of the local guys Sven and myself plan on working out Monday-Friday, whether it be running, lifting, or just ball work. Let me know if any of you would like to join us anytime. Well I'm really excited to reunite with the returners and get to know some of the new guys, hope to see you all soon.

After the past two seasons finishing second at Nationals I say we finally seal the deal and take one home to Azusa. Better yet, I propose that we win the treble (GSAC, Regional, and National champs). If we accomplish theses things we can say that we had a pretty successful season. So get the work in now so we can have something to celebrate in Kansas this November.
